Specification.
Please see below for the services we would provide in End of Tenancy cleans:
Kitchen Cleaning
Inside and outside ovens, cleaning inside and outside fridges and freezers, cleaning inside and outside
cupboards, drawers and all other kitchen storage units, clean washing machine detergent tray and wipe door
and inner door seal, external extractor fan cleaning, eliminate all grease and oil patches, clean hob/ grill,
cleaning inside and outside microwave, sweep and wash hard surface floors, damp wipe all kitchen work
surfaces and treat with appropriate cleaning detergent, clean skirting boards, de scale and clean sink, wipe and
clean window ledges, clean internal surface of windows, wipe door frames and handles, bins cleaned inside and
out, clean exterior of kitchen appliances such as toaster and kettle, remove reasonable amounts of domestic
rubbish.
Bathroom Cleaning
Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors, wall tiles degreased cleaned and polished, mould removed from between
grouting, de scale bathroom sink and polish where appropriate, disinfect and clean toilet, scrub and clean bath,
mirrors cleaned and polished, hoovering of carpet floors where applicable, mop of hard floors, shower screen de
scaled and polished,
Bedroom Cleaning
Steam clean mattresses, clean interior surfaces, ledges and sills of windows, all bedroom storage furniture to
be cleaned inside and out, hoovering of carpets or mop of hard floors, upholstery vacuumed, all wooden
furniture wiped and cleared of dust, doors and tops of doors to be cleaned, door handles polished, shelves
wiped and dusted, all interior window panes and glass effects to be polished and cleaned, window ledges and
skirting boards wiped and cleaned
General Cleaning
Removal of reasonable amounts of domestic rubbish or unwanted items as instructed, dusting throughout,
including exterior of light fittings and shades, skirting boards, rails, banisters, wall pictures, mirrors, radiators,
fireplace surround, light switches, cleaning underneath reasonably movable items of furniture, doors and tops
of doors to be cleaned including handles, upholstery vacuumed, any fragile or valuable items such as
ornaments etc cleaned with due respect.

Please note that carpet cleaning is charged at £25 per room extra. Please see our carpet cleaning page for more details. We are
always happy to quote for larger premises than those shown in the table below.
Hourly Rates.
If you would like to be charged at an hourly rate, then we can accomodate. Hourly cleaning is charged at £12 per hour, per
cleaner (a very competitive rate), with a minimum call out charge of £100. Hourly charges are normally reserved for ‘unique’
cleaning jobs, spring cleans and after-party cleans, due to personal items in the property causing work to vary in
duration and complexity. We are happy to perform a no-obligation site visit and provide you with a quote regarding the amount
of hours you might require.
Please note that we do not:
* Remove excessive amounts of commercial or domestic rubbish (this can be quoted for)
* Clean external surfaces of windows
* Perform property maintenance duties such as replacing lightbulbs or extractor fan filters (though this can be quoted for)
* Clean inside machinery, electrical fittings or appliances excluding the oven, fridge, microwave and freezer
