We provide office cleaning and support services to properties all over London. Every office clean
is tailored according to your requirements and we will always aim to provide you with services at
evenings and weekends to minimise disruption to your workplace. We can cater for the smallest
business to the largest corporate workspace.

Specification.
Our standard office cleaning duties include:
Daily basis
Cleaning of bathroom area inc. toilet, washing up of mugs, plates etc, tidying of desk items and stationary, emptying of bins.
Bi-Weekly and Weekly basis
Dusting and wet wiping of tables, shelves and desks, hoovering, washing of floors, removal of rubbish, replenishing janitorial
supplies as required.
Periodic basis
Cleaning of internal surfaces of windows, wiping of light switch plates, door handles, marks on doors, fridge cleaning, microwave
cleaning.
Please bear in mind that the above is a guide - it is up to you what we clean in the time allotted.
Prices.
Our prices correspond to a scaled range based on the number of cleaners and amount of hours required. Please
contact us for more details.
Regular office cleaning is subject to a minimum three month contract, with two hours minimum per visit. We can however
arrange shorter periods or one off office cleans if you contact us.
We will always send one of our managers to meet you in person and conduct a site inspection. You can also discuss with them
the cleaning you’d like undertaken and we can advise you regarding the amount of hours you need, equipment necessary and
advise you regarding janitorial supplies and hygiene units.

Our office cleaning services are carried out by trained, motivated and insured cleaners. You can also have peace of
mind that our staff have been security checked and vetted to the highest possible standards. Every cleaner is aware
of the stringent security measures we enforce and is fully versed in our health and safety policies.
No Contractors
You can have the added Bloomsbury Cleaning Service reassurance that our employees are employed directly by us.
They are not contracted from cleaning agencies like most other office cleaners in London. This therefore means our
staff turnover is low, meaning you will get the same trustworthy cleaner or cleaners week in, week out.

Green Cleaning
Bloomsbury Cleaning Services is currently in the process of going completely eco-friendly. Our green cleaning
products often out-perform conventional cleaning chemicals while also reducing exposure to operatives and
members of the public who may come into contact with cleaning products. The products contain naturally occurring
enzymes that eat away at dirt, which in many cases carries on working for a longer period of time than simply
flushing a system through with standard corrosive cleaning chemicals. Our Eco-friendly credentials will contribute
towards offices achieving a higher BREEAM rating and fulfilling their environmental policy objectives.
Health and Safety, and other policies
We can provide all environmental policies, insurance documentation, recruitment policies etc on request. We would
endeavour to provide bespoke method statements, risk assessments etc where appropriate in order to ensure clients
comply with COSHH, PAT and Health and Safety legislation. All appropriate policies would be contained within our
tender.
